Integrated HVAC offers a 1-year labor warranty and a 10-year parts warranty on all new residential Lennox systems we install. Our new commercial installations come with a 1-year warranty for both parts and labor.

What is a parts warranty?
A parts warranty protects the most important components of your heat and air system, such as the compressor, coils, blower motor, etc. These parts do the heavy lifting to keep your house comfortable and are almost always in use. If any of these Lennox parts break under warranty, we’ll get you fixed up and back to comfort. Depending on the situation, please know that there may be labor costs involved. What is a labor warranty?
A labor warranty is our guarantee that the installation was completed correctly. If a part of your system breaks in the first year without cause, it is our responsibility to get it repaired or replaced at no cost.
What voids the warranty?
Understandably, we can only guarantee the work of Integrated HVAC’s technicians and systems. If you were to hire another company to maintain or repair your system, we cannot guarantee their work meets our standards. Regular maintenance and filter replacements are also necessary to keep your warranty active and system running smoothly.
Warranty Transfers
If you sell your home with more than half of the 10-year Lennox parts warranty remaining, 5 years of the warranty transfers over to the new owner. If the original homeowner moves out with less than 5 years left on the warranty, the Lennox warranty expires.
